Females Health Guide

Being a female can be complicated when it comes to your health! First off the male anatomy was mapped out in the late 1880s for text books, but the women’s was not fully identified until 2005!!! More details on women’s anatomy being fully mapped out at the bottom of the page. They were like oh, this part I don’t know it’s worthless, lol. All who are female know our parts & our bodies are NOT worthless!
Imagine being raised in a world that honors, respects, & values all people. Deeply understanding and knowing women as the oracles they are. As women are connected beings to Source, Creator, Great Spirit, Universe whatever spiritual journey you have learned to connect Love as Creator. Any name you give does not change the meaning and value of what love is.

To me the Creator of all the Universe,

is Agape Love,

A Benevolent Force

that wants to Bless Your Life not harm or hurt you,

think a Very Loving & Kind & Joyous Protector


Two of my favorite Sanskrit words for over a decade have been:

Vairagya = Non-attachment (free from desire mind & body purified)

Abhyasa = Never Giving Up (Devotion, giving 100% but surrendered to source and released of the outcome)


Another philosophy that I try to apply to all I do:

Your Thoughts = Your Feelings = Your Actions = Your Habits = Your Life

We do have the factor of the collective consciousness that connects us all, & that does to shape our reality but I strongly know and believe in The Maharishi Effect, and how scenically it lowered violent crimes where meditators devoted to focusing on peace! They actually changed the frequency of the environment around them!!! Imagine if all of us worldwide took 5 minutes out of our day to tune in and focus on Love, Peace, Kindness (no matter what religion you associate with). Try it today, set a timer at a time you can focus on peace, love, & unity and spend at least 5 minutes focusing on those beautiful things.

Your Environment and whom you allow in your energy field while carrying is very critical to your child’s health. Our Partners or lack of them profoundly affect a pregnant woman’s physical and emotional well-being, acting as a critical support system that reduces stress and improves maternal health. Active, supportive partners help manage pregnancy symptoms, encourage healthy habits, and decrease the risk of prenatal depression. Lack of support increases risks of anxiety and poor outcomes.

Kathleen Man Gyllenhaal a colleague of mine, that I had the pleasure to work with on a documentary entitled “Beauty Mark” made a great film In Utero about how much the womb of the mother influences the positive or negative outcomes for the child. How nurturing yourself on all levels, nutrition, movement, cortisol levels etc… all greatly impact the health and future of that child.

I have had the pleasure of four pregnancies, one child was taken from me while still in the womb, & even though I had a miscarriage I am thankful for the Sisters in my life sharing their knowledge and experiences before I lost my little one. The other three pregnancies were all very different. I have self studied over 30+ books just on pre, during, & post pregnancy. I also regularly taught PreNatal and post pregnancy yoga classes, as well as traditional weekly Vinyasa & Dharma classes. I would love to assist you on any part of the journey to motherhood, pre, during, and the wonderful life of being a Mom afterwards.


I also have a host of parental tools and parenting techniques that I can guide you in your journey of parenting. Practical, Solution based, and Effective parenting techniques. Eliminate the frustration, and create gentle parenting that allows flow, ease, & top-tiered bonding. A few mantra I would tell myself in difficult parenting situations:

Shifting your perception can make the world of difference. Reframing, redirecting, and circumventing the core truths, are great tools for your parenting arsenal. Not just from my experience of parenting three very different temperament children, but also a lover and researcher of best parenting practices diving into Neuropsychology and the Neuroplasticity of the Brain, Biohacks & Biofields, How Nutrition affects Performance, Enhancement of your Child’s natural gifts, Philosophy, & Development for all stages of your little one. I have read all the “Love & Logic” book series, “Conscious Discipline,” “Whole Brain Child,” “I Love You Rituals,” and many many many others. As well as attending many parenting workshops and seminars. My three kiddos are all six years apart and all very different. I also studied neurodivergent resources & found the podcast “Telepathy Tapes” very accurate, and found great resources for anyone on the ASD spectrum. I also offer parent guide journeys. Where weekly we can discuss issues, hurtles, and collaborate together to come up with the best case scenarios for your parenting techniques, fortifying strong bonds, and overcoming and releasing any childhood trauma of your own. Brief History of Female Anatomy:

The full mapping of female anatomy is a relatively recent development, with the complete structure of the clitoris only mapped in 3D in 2005 by Australian urologist Helen O’Connell using modern imaging While general anatomy was documented earlier, the female reproductive and sexual system was historically misunderstood, overlooked, or incorrectly modeled on male anatomy, often leaving it out of standard medical texts until recently.


Historical Inaccuracies: For centuries,, many anatomical drawings, including those by Leonardo da Vinci, inaccurately depicted female anatomy by relying on animal dissections.

The 1998/2005 Mapping: Although some earlier studies existed, the detailed anatomy of the clitoris, including its internal structure and relationship to other tissues, was not fully researched and published until the late 1990s and definitively in 2005.

Persistent Gaps: Many anatomical descriptions were traditionally dominated by male perspectives, focusing primarily on reproduction rather than pleasure, resulting in a delayed, comprehensive understanding of the clitoris.

The 2005 mapping was significant as it finally provided a full understanding of the clitoris, which had been previously ignored or misrepresented for thousands of years.
