About Jules
I love people & I love nature. Being a humanitarian, to me goes hand to hand with caring for and loving our only livable home in the solar system—planet Earth. When I’m not on my mat, you’ll find me outside in nature. Growing up in the mountains of Colorado, I was taught the motto, “leave it better than you found it,” which instilled in me a deep-seated reverence and admiration for the natural world.
As a mother of three beautiful spirits, I balance life as a single mama (I was faithfully devoted, & a loyal wife of 23 years). I studied and researched so many things on relationships, psychology, emotional intelligence, relationship strengtheners, etc… trying to make my marriage work and be healthier. From being married to an addict for so long; I learned you cannot love someone more hoping they choose health for themselves, nor love them more to respect you, or be kind expecting kindness in return. They have to choose health for themselves. I have learned so many things that I know can help you, or someone you may know. I approach all my Guide sessions from my own tangible experience focusing on all aspects of a person: Mind, Body, & Spirit.
I have so much Agape Love for sharing my knowledge & my passions for life & health coaching, click here for more on my Guide offerings & here for my Female Health Guiding, filmmaking, click here to see current production, and my knowledge on all Eight limbs Yoga, breathwork, meditation Teaching. I prioritize health on every level—mind, body, and spirit—and approach even life’s challenges with love. Usually asking myself, “How can I be kind in this situation?”
A few of my core beliefs:
The root of all emotions are love or fear, but love is the ultimate & universal medicine. Part of that love is the willingness to look within ourselves and recognize where healing still needs to happen. It’s not about ignoring our shadows, but embracing them. You have to feel it to heal it. Loosening and releasing blockages creates freedom & space for creative flow.
I am a tangible truth-seeker, & I share with compassion & love at the center of my being as an empath.
A mantra that resonates deeply with me is Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu (लोका: समस्ता: सुखिनो भवन्तु), which translates from Ancient Sanskrit as: “May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.”
If you are an old friend, welcome to this digital embrace. If we have yet to meet, I look forward to getting to know you in person, or online. Thank you for being here, thank you for exploring my offerings, and may we together, with love, create heaven on Earth and live in Agape love, both for ourselves & for others.
In Gratitude,
~Jules
